Spagram is an on-demand marketplace for booking licensed, verified massage and wellness therapists who travel to your home or hotel. You browse therapist profiles, pick a service and time slot, pay a deposit online, and the therapist comes to you.
Spagram lists more than 20 services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, prenatal, Thai, shiatsu and lymphatic drainage massage, plus reflexology, acupressure, Reiki and chair massage. Each therapist chooses which services they offer, so availability varies by therapist. See the full list with prices at spagram.com/services.
Spagram currently serves New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The location search shows therapists within a selectable radius of your address (15 miles by default). Coverage is expanding, so check the location search for the latest availability.
Spagram works in any web browser at spagram.com on phone or desktop, with no download required. Customers and therapists both use the website to manage accounts and bookings.
Prices start at about $60 for a 30-minute chair massage and $100 per hour for reflexology. Most hour-long massages start between $120 and $160 per hour (Swedish from $120/hr, deep tissue from $140/hr, sports from $150/hr, hot stone from $160/hr). Each therapist sets their own rate, so the exact price is shown on their profile before you book.
Yes. You pay a 10% deposit of the session price when you request a booking, which holds your appointment. For example, a $150 session has a $15 deposit and a $135 balance. The remaining balance is paid at the time of service.
Spagram accepts major credit and debit cards and PayPal for the online deposit. Payments are processed by Stripe, Square and PayPal, so Spagram does not store your full card number. The remaining balance is settled with your therapist at the session, either in cash or through a card payment link.
You pay the deposit when you submit the booking request. If the therapist declines the request, the deposit is refunded. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Yes. Tips are appreciated but optional, and are not included in the listed price.
The price you see before confirming is the session rate plus the 10% deposit, which counts toward the session total rather than being an extra charge. Tips are optional.

Yes. A booking is a request until the therapist accepts it. If the therapist rejects it, the customer is notified and the deposit is refunded.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your customer dashboard. Give at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling depends on the therapist's availability.
You can book any open time slot shown on a therapist's calendar. Slots in the past are hidden, and available dates depend on each therapist's weekly schedule.
The therapist travels to the address you entered at the scheduled time. You receive notifications as the booking progresses. Please have a quiet, clear space available for the session.
Therapists must hold a valid massage therapy license for their state of practice and a current CPR/First Aid certification, and are required to pass a background check and credential verification before they appear in search results.
Card payments are handled by Stripe, Square and PayPal using industry-standard encryption. Spagram does not store full card numbers.
No. Spagram is a booking marketplace for massage and wellness services. It does not provide medical advice or treatment. Talk to your doctor before booking if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
Create a therapist account at spagram.com/model-registration, then complete your profile with your services, availability and rates, and submit your license and ID for verification. Once approved you appear in search results and can receive bookings.
A valid massage therapy license for your state, current CPR/First Aid certification, and a passing background check. Liability insurance is recommended for independent practitioners.
Payouts are sent weekly by direct deposit through Stripe Connect, with a $50 minimum payout threshold. Therapists set their own availability and rates.
